NASA Dining is one of ROGER's signature private dining experiences, a seasonally crafted five course menu designed to surprise, delight, and take you somewhere completely unexpected. And the night doesn't end after your final course. Step into 45 minutes of post-dinner stargazing through our Unistellar Smart Telescope, because the best meals deserve a finale worth looking up for.

Dine in the intimate and artfully designed Ames Library, filled with books, aeronautical instruments, and objects that celebrate the spirit of flight, a room that feels like somewhere between a great adventure novel and the edge of the atmosphere. For larger groups, the Hangar One Lounge offers the same incredible experience surrounded by a world-renowned art installation by Chris Doyle.
