The biennial awards, presented at Visit California's Outlook Forum in Chula Vista, celebrate excellence in tourism marketing and destination stewardship across the state, with winners selected from more than 170 submissions across eight categories. The piece dives into Roger's most immersive dining experiences — NASA Dining and 7 Paintings — where each course draws inspiration from a different painter, brought to life with tableside projections narrated by the Mona Lisa.
